We want you to love your Aloha apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address or available for immediate download.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
